Yes, the Companies House incorporation fee is £100, and it's separate from our service fee. This applies to every UK company formation.

You have a lot of freedom, but not complete freedom, the name has to follow a few rules set by Companies House. It must be unique (not identical or too similar to an existing registered company), can't include restricted or sensitive words without special permission, and must end with "Limited" or "Ltd." We check name availability for you as part of the formation process, so you'll know right away if your preferred name is free to use.
