Original letters are stored free for 10 days, then a storage fee of €0.10 per day applies (net). They're kept for as long as storage fees are paid. You can have originals sent to any address worldwide at any time: individually by direct forwarding (€3.00 per request) or bundled by consolidated forwarding (€4.00 per request), plus postage and a 15% postage surcharge.
