Pick a location that accepts parcels and a plan that includes them. Give this address to the online shop or sender.

We receive the parcel for you and you get a notification in the app. On request, we photograph the contents without taking them out of the box.

Choose the destination and carrier, such as DHL or FedEx depending on the location. You see the shipping cost upfront and pay it in advance.
What it costs
Parcel receiving is included in these plans. Storage is free for a few days. After that, and for forwarding, the same prices apply as for letters.

Good to know
Parcels, not pallets. Our locations are offices, not warehouses. We accept parcels that one person can carry without equipment. We can't accept pallets or freight.
Oversized parcels pay storage from day one. If a parcel is larger than 60 × 40 × 40 cm or any side is longer than 100 cm, there's no free storage period. Ideally, forward these right away.
Large parcels ship individually. We can bundle smaller items into one box. Large parcels go out on their own, as we usually don't have suitable outer packaging for them.
Customs for international shipping. For shipments outside the EU, we need the contents, value and tariff code (HS code) from you. You pay any import duties in the destination country.
Not everything can be shipped. Excluded items include hazardous goods, food, alcohol, tobacco, medication, weapons, cash and valuables, and live animals. The full list is in our Terms and Conditions.

In Germany, we accept parcels in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich. Abroad, every one of our locations accepts them.

FAQ
Can I order from German online shops and have items sent abroad?
Yes. Use the Clevver address as your delivery address. Once the parcel arrives, you order forwarding to your address abroad.
How long are parcels stored for free?
Between 2 and 10 days, depending on your plan. After that, a daily storage fee applies. Oversized parcels have no free storage period.
Can several parcels be shipped together?
For smaller items, yes, which saves on postage. Large parcels ship individually, as we usually don't have suitable outer packaging for them.
Can I see what's inside a parcel?
Yes. With a content scan, we photograph the contents without taking them out of the box.
Are parcels accepted before I'm verified?
Yes. We accept parcels before your identity check is complete, but we can only forward them once you're verified.
Does this work for businesses too?
Yes. With a Registered Office or Business Address at a location that accepts parcels, we receive and forward business parcels too.
