Anytime Mailbox was founded in 2013 by Matt Gonig and Marcel Buechi, who had a desire to manage their mail from their phones. They offer 598 locations, mostly in the US and have a phone app through which customers can manage their mail.

Clevver was started by people who know the struggles of international expansion. Founders Sven Hecker and Christian Hemmrich came up with the idea while trying to get a previous business venture off the ground in the UK. Hecker and Hemmrich’s metal goods were wanted by the Royal British Navy, but they couldn’t find a single supplier offering a good business location, incorporation assistance, post digitisation and a phone number in the UK. They took matters into their own hands in 2013 and now offer 63 attractive business addresses worldwide through Clevver. Range of Services

Anytime Mailbox provides mailing addresses mostly in the US for private and business use. Address “renters” can manage their mail through a phone app. The plans vary – depending on location they might include shredding, opening and scanning. Forwarding often costs extra. A few locations offer additional services, such as a registered business address or office suite. A full list of which locations offer these services is either missing from, or difficult to find on, the company’s website.

International Locations

Anytime Mailbox boasts a choice of 598 locations, but the figure isn’t as impressive as it first appears. The overwhelming majority of the company’s mailbox locations are in the US. Only 30 addresses are in other countries. There are only 11 addresses located across five European countries: Cyprus, Malta, Switzerland, the UK and Ireland. The company only offers one city in China: Shenzhen.

Clevver’s 63 locations truly span the globe. Clevver can get you mail in the US, Europe, South Africa, throughout Asia and even Australia. The cities are separated into four ClevverMail price categories: big cities, capital cities, modern cities and premium cities. Big cities like Johannesburg, Portland, Hanoi, Mumbai, Lisbon, London, and Berlin start from 5,45 € per month. Premium cities such as Melbourne, Taipei, Seoul, Macau, Jakarta, Dubai and Beijing start from 8,20 € per month. Clevver offers 18 addresses in Western Europe and five in the Central and East parts of the continent.

Affordability

Anytime Mailbox’s wide range of plans makes comparing prices difficult and confusing. Plan names and offerings can vary dramatically depending on the address. Some locations offer unlimited and company plans, while others have very small monthly incoming mail limits.
We’ve tried to compare plans as best as possible in the table below. These are month-to-month prices. You’ll pay even less with Clevver when you sign up for a year.

Nevertheless, Clevver’s plans are cheaper. For example, a Clevver Digital Mailbox, Business Address and National Phone number in Berlin would start from 36.55 euros per month combined.

Final thoughts
